BIOL 589 - Advanced Flow Cytometry

A seminar and laboratory course for in-depth study of flow cytometric techniques and applications. Topics to be studied include detection and quantitation in single cells of nucleic acids and other nuclear, cytoplasmic and cell surface macromolecules with emphasis on oncology and immunobiology.Fall, Spring.Prerequisites: BIOL 488/588
