LEAD 730 - Ethical Leadership and Democratic Values in a Democratic Society3 Credits
Examine critical elements of the development and maintenance of ethical behavior in organizations and institutions. Analyze the policies and practices of various organizations and institutions and critique alignment of declared corporate values with decisions and behaviors. Develop institutional and individual codes of ethics that align with professed democratic values.Open to PhD students only.Prerequisites: PhD students only.
