LEAD 503 - Visions, Values, and Leadership in Student Affairs

Students explore leadership research and theory, the values and assumptions inherent in higher education within a democratic society, and personal beliefs and biases relative to education and democracy. Students clarify their own personal values and ethics while building a personal philosophy.Prerequisites: SAHE students only.
