Examines the dynamic relationships between labor unions and employers Topics include the history of labor relations in the United States, labor laws, organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, and conflict resolution A major focus of this course is the development of student’s negotiation skills, a key competency that is necessary for success in the world of business Legal and ethical practices are emphasized.The course is appropriate for all majors.Prerequisites: Junior standing ORMG 330 Completion of all skills courses or COB Director permission Meets with MGMT 650
