This case-based course focuses on the use of accounting information for executive decision-making Emphasis is on identifying, evaluating and using accounting information to make long-term strategic decisions and short-term operating decisions The role of regulatory requirements, International Accounting Standards and ethical considerations in the decision-making processes are examined.Open to admitted MBA students only.Prerequisites: ACCT 550 or equivalent
