NURS 6982 - Pre-Synthesis Practicum1 Credits (Minimum) 2 Credits (Maximum)
Affords the Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner student the opportunity to practice the skills and application of didactic knowledge obtained in the Primary Care courses. Students provide primary and specialty care to patients across the lifespan in a variety of clinical settings under the preceptor’s supervision. Completion of all 6000 level MSN courses and all advanced practice core N6730, N6740, N6280 and at least one primary care course.
