AOCC 5210 - Characteristics of the Effective Leader

The course focuses on developing the self as leader by examining essential knowledge, skills, and abilities leaders must acquire to increase effectiveness. Basic science of human behavior is examined to gain understandings of underlying mechanisms of leadership theories and practice. Prer., Admission to the Counseling and Leadership program.
