The course focuses on developing others as leaders outlining key research, theory, and developmental practices to understand leaders’ roles in transforming followers. Concepts of assess, challenge, and support are applied to enhance others’ capacity to thrive through ongoing leader development. Prer., Admission to Counseling and Leadership program.
