ANTH 4450 - Ethnography of Sport

The course is designed to enhance student understanding of sport from an ethnographic perspective. The course introduces socio-cultural anthropological field methods including participant observation, interviewing, and narrative techniques and analysis of qualitative data. Prer., ANTH 1040 or permission of instructor.
