Introduction to electronic device materials science. Topics include crystals, metals, alloys, insulators, semiconductors, conduction, quantum considerations. Ethical and professional issues with materials in the global, economic, environmental, and societal contexts are studied. Coreq., PES 2130. College of Engineering students only.
