A general introduction to Asian American Studies. Surveys Asian American social organizations and political history from the 1800s to the present through the lens of immigration, family, labor, community, activism, and resistance. Prer., WEST 2010, or SOC 1110, or SOC 2200. Meets with SOC 3280.
