ENGL 4970 - Seminar in Shakespeare Studies

This literature seminar examines one aspect of William Shakespeare’s oeuvre deeply. It looks at the many facets of one work, one theme, or one character type, through the lenses of not only the playwright’s own plays, but also the contributions of his contemporaries and the larger cultural history. Prer., ENGL 2010, and ENGL 3000. Meets with ENGL 5970.
