A comprehensive introduction to the instrumentation, techniques and biological applications of flow cytometry, high-speed single cell analysis and cell sorting. Topics to be studied include light sources, fluidics, fluorescent dyes, data collection and analysis, and applications in biological research and clinical medicine. Summer.
