BIOL 5090 - Methods in Immunology

Introduces students to a variety of current techniques in Immunology, including cell culture, flow cytometry, protein chemistry and Western blot, and DNA technology (PCR). Includes required safety and animal training. Prer., BIOL 1210 or BIOL 1350, and BIOL 3020. Meets with BIOL 4090.
