CHEM 4860 - Biochemistry Laboratory

3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
Lab. Designed to provide laboratory skills and techniques. Experiments are selected to demonstrate principles and application of current techniques and the use of instrumentation. Spectrophotometry, enzymology, centrifugation, and electrophoresis are stressed. Prer., CHEM 4810 or CHEM 4830, or BIOL 3020 and either CHEM 3300 or CHEM 3310. Meets with CHEM 5860, BIOL 4860, BIOL 5860.
