AFAS 1020 - Heritage and Values II1 Credits (Minimum) 1 Credits (Maximum)
The AFAS 1020 curriculum is designed to cultivate a foundational understanding and appreciation of the complexities involved in National Security, Instruments of Power, The Strategic Global Landscape, and the Competition Continuum. AFAS 1020 will also cover the organization of the Department of Defense, The Department of the Air Force, and what it means to be an Airman and a Guardian. This course is meticulously designed to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical skills, fostering a cadre of well-rounded students ready to excel in the DAF ecosystem. Prer., Non-degree students are excluded from this course. Non-degree students may contact the AFROTC department for enrollment permission. Course typically offered: Fall, Spring
