COUN 5020 - Laboratory in Individual Counseling

Provides basic interviewing, influencing and counseling microskills and characteristics of counselors and counselees that impact the counseling process. Students engage in self-examination of characteristics that may affect them as professional counselors. Core counseling skills and competencies are practiced and refined. Prer., Must be admitted to the Masters in Counseling and Human Services program.
