CS 2150 - Discrete Structures

3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)

This course covers fundamental ideas from discrete mathematics such as set theory, inductive reasoning, relations, complexity, graph theory, and Boolean logic. Special focus will be given to computational applications such as cryptography, databases, algorithms and networks. Prer., CS 1450 or GDD 2200 with a grade of “C” or better; MATH 1040 or MATH 1350 with a grade of “C” or better. Course typically offered: Fall, Spring
