CHEM 5741 - Protein Structure and Dynamics3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
This course explores biochemistry applications used to determine biomolecule structure and dynamics. We will discuss the theory and practical application of techniques such as X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, cryo-electron microscopy, and molecular dynamics. Prer., CHEM 4211, CHEM 4221, or CHEM 5211 with a grade of “C” or higher. Coreq., CHEM 4701 or CHEM 5701. Meets with CHEM 4741. Course typically offered: Alterative Even Years - Spring
