PADM 5130 - Cross-Sector Collaboration

The blurring of the three economic sectors-government, business, and nonprofits-continues to increase as more partnerships are developed across sectors to address complicated and difficult social problems. This class focuses on the nature of cross-sector collaboration. Students are expected to gain an understanding of the benefits and challenges of these collaborations and what steps are necessary to help such collaborations have a better chance at success, including employing negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
