LEAD 4600 - Organizational Leadership Capstone

This is a required capstone for the GOLD Leadership Minor Students will make connections between leadership and their primary field of study or professional aspirations. Students will conceptualize how they will leverage their leadership learning through a personal leadership philosophy.
