LEAD 8300 - Leadership Excellence and Complex Organizations

3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
Examines various leadership theories and their application to educational organizations. Investigates the relationship between various systems within education. Explores philosophical and ethical paradigms applied in educational research. Students explore and synthesize literature related to educational research. Open to PhD students only.
