Analytical survey of the international horror film genre from silent era to contemporary dominant, independent and experimental cinema. Social and cultural contextualization of periods, trends, influences, styles, national variants, as well as an examination of key performers and filmmakers. Prer., FILM 1000 and FILM 2000 or department permission.
