SOC 3340 - Food, Health, and Inequality3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
An introduction to the intersecting areas of food, culture, community, politics, economics, and health. Power dynamics and social structures will be used to examine the risks of hunger, negative health outcomes, and cultural survival. Approved for LAS Social Science area and Global Awareness requirements.
