BUAN 3600 - Predictive Analytics in Business

Students will learn in a hands-on manner how to build and test predictive models that move from data to parameter estimation. State-of-the-art software will be used to detect patterns in data and draw inferences and conclusions supported by the data. The course will emphasize the application of predictive models to real-world business problems. Prer., BUAN 3500 or Coreq., BUAN 3500 if QUAN 2020 is completed with a grade of “B” or better.
