EMGT 5510 - Leadership for Engineers

3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
Provides engineers with a background in leadership concepts and principles; enables students to develop practical skills in leading and managing through multiple personal leadership assessments leading to a personal leadership portfolio. Topics include leadership skills and styles, situational leadership, leadership theories, transformational leadership, authentic leadership, team leadership, and servant leadership as applied in technology-oriented enterprises. Prer., EMGT 5010 or SYSE 5010; Graduate students only.
