LEAD 5230 - Instructional Leadership3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
Instructional leadership for school leaders will be examined. It is based on current research and recommended practice. It includes an analysis of the elements of collaboration, change, curriculum, instructional practice, assessment of and for learning, use of data, instructional time, actionable feedback, professional development, and performance targets as they relate to leading learning communities.
