CHEM 1001 - Pre-chemistry

Preparatory course for students who have not taken high school chemistry. Prepares students for the CHEM 1401-1411/1511 general chemistry sequence. Credit is granted only if no other college chemistry credits have been earned. Does not count toward the LAS Natural Science area requirement. Prer., MATH 99 with a grade of “C” or higher, or pass the Math Placement Test for MATH 1040.
