HSCI 4920 - Nutrition Assessment

3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
Introduces students to the complex elements of nutrition assessment across the lifespan, including the nutrition care process. Includes socioeconomic, cultural and psychological factors influencing nutrition. Prer., HSCI 2070 or BIOL 2050, HSCI 4080; coreq. or prer., BIOL 4830 or CHEM 4211; coreq., HSCI 3920, HSCI 3940, HSCI 3950. Nutrition option majors only or Nutrition minors with permission of instructor.
