Explores the cultural currents in the time of Shakespeare through four important literary genres: lyric, drama (non-Shakespearean), epic/ romance, and various forms of prose.Prerequisites: ENGL 131 or validated equivalent and ENGL 150 or ENGL 190 or EMST 200.
