Honors Program

The UCCS Honors Program offers students admitted into the program an institutional, possibly tiered, scholarship of $1,000 per academic year, renewable for up to four years. All Honors Program students are eligible for Honors benefits, including: access to the Honors Lounge, participation in Honors Program Engagement Events (at least 10 hours per semester attendance required), early registration, enhanced library check-out privileges, recognition at UCCS graduation and on UCCS transcripts. Students work with Honors Program Academic Advisors and Portfolio Mentor faculty, thus encouraging them to engage in a collaborative, vigorous intellectual life that potentially prepares them for admission to and success in graduate and professional schools.
