ANTH 3170 - Field Practicum in Native American Archaeology6 Credits (Minimum) 6 Credits (Maximum)
A practicum course wherein students will work as part of a professional prehistoric archaeological project in a setting that is also conducive to learning. While working on a prehistoric site, they will gain experience in basic archaeological field techniques such as mapping, excavating, recording, and artifact storage. Prer., ANTH 1020.
