HRMG 4390 - Legal and Social Issues in Human Resources Management

3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)

Covers the myriad of legal and social issues facing Human Resources (HR) and other managers today. Major emphasis is placed on equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, safety, and health. Other topics may include sexual harassment, drug testing programs, employing the disabled, employee privacy rights, and wrongful termination. Prer., MGMT 3300.
