Concerned with the optimal allocation of a company’s financial resources and a working knowledge of financial terminology and concepts. Topics include: capital market history, time value of money, valuation of securities, risk and return, capital budgeting principles and techniques, financial statement analysis, financial planning, raising capital, and cost of capital.
