SPTM 4200 - Fundamentals of Sport Management

3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
Examines the major problems in contemporary sport management. Philosophies, evolution of sport leadership, governance and compliance issues, theoretical models of moral and ethical development, and case studies will be analyzed within the context of the existing professional body of knowledge. Prer., SPTM 2000, MGMT 3300, MKTG 3000. Junior standing. Meets with S L 4400 and S L 5400.
