3Credits Explores the role of government and public opinion in the development and enforcement of cultural resource legislation. Students will have hands-on exposure to documenting and evaluating resource significance and will explore issues of cultural patrimony and tribal rights.Prerequisites: ANTH 102 or ANTH 220
