GES 409 - Image Processing

An introduction to the advanced methods of resource analysis using remotely sensed imagery. All relevant portions of the electromagnetic spectrum will be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on the digital image analysis (by microcomputer) of LANDSAT data.No previous programming experience required.Prerequisites: GES 406
Meets with ENSC 409 and GES 509.
