ECON 451 - Constitution and the Economy

Considers the economic role of government expressed in the Constitution and in Supreme Court opinions. Emphasis is on liberty, efficiency, and prosperity. Special topics include: police power, takings, commerce clause, and substantive due process.Prerequisites: ECON 101 or permission of instructor.
