ECE 6650 - Estimation Theory and Adaptive Filtering3 Credits
Presents the application of digital filtering theory to problems in communications and signal processing. Topics include discrete spectral analysis of random signals, discrete time signal detection, estimation and filtering algorithms including the Kalman filter and effects of discrete noise sources in digital signal processing.Prerequisites: ECE 4610/5610 and ECE 4650/5650 or equivalent.
