The system on chip design methodology is a new paradigm for electrical and computer engineering education in digital logic and microelectronics. Investigates the soft core, memory, interface, interconnect, digital block and analog block used in SOC. Design tradeoff and performance issues will be discussed.Prerequisites: ECE graduate standing.
