ECE 5050 - Microelectronics IC Fabrication Laboratory

Independent experimental project in which students are expected to acquire the theoretical understanding of modern IC fabrication process, perform the IC processing and supporting measurements, and write detailed laboratory reports.Students should take ECE 4050/5050 before ECE 4896.Prerequisites: ECE 4080/5080 and ECE 4020/5020 or consent of instructor.
Meets with ECE 4050.
