ECE 4250 - Microwave Circuit Design3 Credits
An introduction to the design and analysis of microwave circuits both passive and active. Topics include microwave circuit analysis, measurement methods, transmission line structures, material properties, lumped elements, discontinuities, terminations, attenuators, directional couplers, hybrids, power dividers, impedance transformers, filters, mixers, switches, phase shifters, and amplifiers.Prerequisites: ECE 3120 or equivalent.
Meets with ECE 5250.
