ECE 4020 - Semiconductor Devices II

3 Credits
Advanced study of the electrical and transport properties of semiconducting and solid state devices and integrated device structures. Topics include: pn junction device structures, non-ideal effects in small geometry Mosfets, compound semiconducting devices, CCDs, negative conductance microwave devices.Prerequisites: ECE 3020 or equivalent.
Meets with ECE 5020.
