C S 534 - Software Maintenance

Discussion and application of corrective, adaptive, perfective and preventive software maintenance techniques and tools. Related topics such as software systems analysis, reverse-engineering, re-engineering, regression testing and configuration management are examined. As a project, student teams maintain an existing software system.Prerequisites: Knowledge of modern programming language, discrete structures, C S 145 or equivalent.
