Includes nutrigenomics, enteral and parenteral nutrition support, cancer, HIV/AIDS, liver, renal, and pulmonary diseases, metabolic stress, food allergies and intolerances, and metabolic disorders. Approved for Compass Curriculum requirement: Writing Intensive. Prer., HPNU 4930 (formerly HSCI 4930) with grade of C or higher; coreq. or prer., HPNU 4440 (formerly HSCI 4440).
