Critically analyzes healthcare issues within a population. Appraises literature related to the healthcare problem and proposes an evidence-based practice change. Emphasis is placed on the design, implementation and evaluation of outcomes/programs. Prer., Graduate students in Nursing, successful completion of NURS 7010, NURS 7030, and NURS 7070.
