TCID 3860 - UX Research Methods

This course will prepare students to test the usability of a software, a website, or a document. We will explore the user experience in researching, designing, and testing a product. A secondary purpose of the course is to focus on teamwork, since working in teams is a normal part of the technical writing profession.
