This course provides a multi-level approach on the nature of human migration, investigating the forces behind contemporary migratory patterns and their effects on both migrants and the societies from/to which they relocate. Approved for Compass Curriculum requirement: Summit and Writing Intensive. Meets with SOC 5780/WEST 4780. Prer., SOC 3070.
