Globalization is studied as part of an exchange of technology, goods, and financial markets. The exchanges of goods, services, and ideas across national borders are pervasive. Communication systems help this process, but also help those who resist globalization to better articulate and organize their viewpoints. Approved for LAS Global Awareness requirement.
