NURS 3610 - Interpersonal and Family Violence

This course examines the causes and consequences of interpersonal and family violence as well as the influence of culture and community. Current topics and issues related to violence prevention, intervention, and policy will be discussed from an interdisciplinary perspective. Subtypes of violence covered include child abuse, dating violence, domestic violence, and elder abuse. Prer., Sophomore level or above. Meets with NURS 5110.
